This 1941 Military 1/2 ton Dodge PickUp Truck Is A Perfect Tribute For WWII Vets
1941 Dodge Pickup “Sgt Rock” NSRA Street Rod – Tribute For WWII Vets
Original 1941 Dodge Power Wagon is a tall truck with lots of ground clearance to begin with. They came with a 230cc then a 251cc straight 6. Which had loads of torque but no horsepower.
Top speed (going down hill), you’d be lucky if you hit 60 mph! Mostly due to gearing & it’s 4×4 system. We’ve seen a few resto-mods where a new Hemi & tyranny replaced the I6 to make it drivable but kept everything else pretty much original.
This 1941 Dodge Pickup custom truck was built by Stacy David. Interestingly, the aim of this project is not just to build an aggressive looking car but also to pay tribute to the World War veterans.
One of the car most interesting highlights is the wonderful mural on the truck’s tailgate with images depicting different wars in the history.
Go ahead and have a closer look at this aggressive looking truck from the video below.
